Managing Director, Peter Jones is a seasoned real estate specialist with more than 20 years of South African property industry experience.

Peter Jones uses his experience as a design and construction development manager, combined with his financial management skills, to invest in opportunistic and value-added property.

PETER JONES, MD
Peter graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc in Engineering in 1985. Thereafter, he worked as a consultant in the engineering and construction industry - focusing on large infrastructure and building projects across South Africa.
In 1998, Peter furthered his University of Cape Town education with a BCom in Financial Management. Using his experience and education, he ran a practice as a construction and development project manager until 2005.
In 2006, he has appointed as the general manager responsible for the development of a large affordable housing project in Cape Town. During this time he also worked on other residential developments as well as private-equity investments.

In 2016 he founded Peter Jones Capital and established his first real estate partnership with private partners.
